Excitement among the fans was at an all-time high especially after Shahrukh Khan had spoken about the song just a day before and how he felt that the song truly captures the ‘essence of the movie’. ‘Dildara’ is your typical feel-good, fall-in-love song and fans are already smitten by the soft, Sufi-influenced song.
Inspired by Ben E. King’s ‘Stand By Me’, Dildara beautifully includes this classic soundtrack, the rights of which had already been brought by SRK.

In the video message he put up for his fans, Shahrukh Khan mentioned how this is the ‘best song in the film’ and going by the response, his fans agree with him whole-heartedly.
